We made below improvement to make longer life time and more stable outdoor linear fixtures.
1.Design new structure and its IP rating of its structure reach to IP66. But most led linear light in market are filling glue to make it waterproof IP65.
2.Gold plating on contact pin in connector have better electro conductibility and better connection. The common one in market is copper material.
3.Variety of installation brackets meet the demands of different installation.
4.Hollow design in extrusion is more helpful for heat emission. The combination of air cooling and aluminum cooling is far better than that of aluminum cooling.
5.As per our LM80 test report, the average lumen maintenance at 6000hours is 97.81% when the case temperature is 85 degree and current at 60ma for 5050 LED.
According to Energy star test standard LM80, the lumen depreciation should be less than 4.38% at 6,000hours.
6.All those fixtures are designed by our senior designer and structure engineer and improved again and again. It can meet the aesthetic demand of different architecture lighting.
